Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and use only an account you are authorised to control. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Kyorabo is intended for people who can legally agree to these terms in their location. The service is not directed to children under 13.

Professional and lawful use

Use Kyorabo for genuine research, education, mentorship, funding, recruitment and professional networking purposes. Follow the Community Rules and all applicable laws.

Do not impersonate others, misrepresent credentials, scrape member information, send spam, harass people, upload unlawful material or attempt to bypass security controls.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Kyorabo a limited permission to host, process and display it only as needed to operate and improve the service. You confirm that you have the right to submit that content.

Moderation and availability

We may review reports and restrict or remove content or accounts that violate these terms, the Community Rules or the law. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and cannot promise uninterrupted availability or a particular match or collaboration outcome.

Premium purchases

Kyorabo may offer auto-renewing monthly and yearly Premium subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Lifetime is a limited Founding offer for the first 30 completed lifetime purchasers. The price, currency, billing period, offer availability and any trial shown in the app and App Store purchase sheet control your transaction.

Subscription payment is charged to your App Store account and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Trial eligibility is determined by the store. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your App Store account. A lifetime purchase does not auto-renew.

Premium features may evolve as Kyorabo develops. Premium does not guarantee that another member will connect, reply or form a collaboration.

No professional guarantee

Profiles, opportunities and messages are supplied by members and are not independently guaranteed by Kyorabo. Verify identities, affiliations, funding claims and collaboration terms before relying on them.

If Kyorabo closes

Kyorabo is run by a small independent team and we cannot promise that the service will operate indefinitely. If we decide to close it, for funding, commercial or other reasons, we will stop selling subscriptions and lifetime access as soon as that decision is made, and we aim to give at least 30 days of notice in the app and by email to the address on your account before access ends. You can delete your account at any point up to that date, and remaining member data is deleted after the service closes, subject to limited backups and records we must retain.

Active auto-renewing subscriptions will be cancelled so that no further renewal is charged. A period you have already paid for runs until it ends or until the service closes, whichever comes first.

Lifetime access means access for as long as Kyorabo operates, not a guaranteed number of years, and we will not sell lifetime access once we have decided to close the service. Premium is purchased through the App Store, so Apple, not Kyorabo, holds the payment and decides refunds. If we close the service we will publish how to request a refund from Apple and will support requests from recent lifetime purchasers. The refund policy and time limits set by Apple apply, and we cannot guarantee that a refund is granted.

If Kyorabo is instead sold or transferred to another operator, accounts and Premium access may transfer with it. We will tell you before that happens so you can delete your account first if you prefer.

Ending use

You may stop using Kyorabo and delete your account in the app. Provisions that reasonably need to survive account deletion, including ownership, safety records and dispute terms, may continue to apply.
